This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Boston, Massachusetts. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Style AI, LLC as a result of this Agreement.
